You may place your order using our toll-free number (1-888-833-4181)...or download our order form, print it and mail it to us. Or you may, if you wish, email your order with your credit card number and expiration date, but we do not have a secure system for transmitting this data. Alternatively, you may place your order using the toll-free number above.

Please submit full payment in form of personal check, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) including shipping & handling as noted below. Prices are subject to change.

Refunds & Cancellations

There is a 10% charge for refunds of credit card sales.

Shipping

We prefer to use US Postal Service "Priority." Please call to confirm shipping cost before writing in an amount!

CA, NV, OR - Please remit $9 first tree. $3 each additional tree. All other states in continental United States add $12 for first tree, $5 each additional tree.

The rates above are for semi-bareroot packaging of young and small trees, and are in effect during the months of NOV, DEC, FEB, MAR, APRIL, and early MAY (depending on weather). Shipping during summer months is more expensive and charges will be determined on an individual basis. Shipping larger stock will also be determined individually.

Conditions

We do our best to provide personal attention to your order and pack each plant with care. Please contact us within five (5) days regarding any claims for shortage or errors, or if you are dissatisfied with your order, and we will remedy the situation. We know that trees sold during winter dormancy will leaf out, and we stand by our stock. After that time we can give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the success of plants sold.

Your order arrives needing immediate attention. Please be ready to plant or pot and thoroughly water your maple as soon as it arrives. Also, during the first year, frequent watering (along with good drainage) is essential for a successful landscape tree.

Pick up at the Nursery

When you visit our nursery with the idea of buying a tree that will be transported in an open truck, here is a suggestion:

Bring an old sheet or some netting with you. We will wrap the branches for you and tie with cord. Next we wrap the sheet or netting you have brought, around everything, and tie that. This method ensures your tree (be it maple, dogwood, or other type) will arrive in excellent condition.
